It is probable that the whole of this force w would be required for, and would be most usefully employed on its normal duties.

The majority of the Europeans have, however, some military training, and it is estimated that, provided that, substitutes were found from the British civilian population, a Police Infantry Unit of 100 men could be raised in one month.
